I went to a concert last friday with my wife at SOMA, which is right next door to the gym. I figured i'd go stop by and was planning on starting that, or the following monday (yesterday) I talked to the gym's owner because joe is/was in guam visiting...

BUT, when it rains it poors.

This past saterday, i wound up in the ER with a grip of stress fractures in my right hand, and fractured two bones in my left hand...
