I wasn't born in Texas but I got there as fast as I could!
Now I am living in NC but I still consider myself a Texan. My dad is ill so I didn't have much choice in the move. I get back there as often as possible. Although last night when a storm moved in and dropped the temps from upper 80s (the high here yesterday-lol) to the low 70s, I was sure appreciating this mild NC summer. I moved here from the Houston area so when they tell me it is hot and humid here I just laugh.
