It's just that the "third parties" almost never get enough votes to actually make it into the higher offices.

We have three main parties, one of which can never truely gain power, power shifts between the other two. Then a gazzillion smaller parties. Some so small they dont have any representation in Westminster at all...they just might be on various councils around the country.
I realized that you had a few independants, and a few State Soverignty Parties at State level...but I didnt realize you had the rest
