What's funny about this article is that blacks complain the SAT and ACT are "racially biased" tests. Well, there are plenty of foreign Asians who take those tests, having never been to the U.S. at all, and they don't seem to have a problem scoring high in those tests.

That's California for you though. A few years ago, they had this brilliant idea that allowed students who believed it they thought an answer was correct, then it was correct. If you thought a blue balloon was a red balloon, you would get the answer correct if you chose to argue it; it was really that ridiculous. Can't remember what they called the system though. Obviously, it ultimately failed.

In this case, you'll simply see less Asians attending California Universities, you'll see grades drop, and their accreditation will mean much less to businesses.
