My typical meal schedule.
As soon as I get to work I drink a slim fast. (7am)
Around 8am I get a large blueberry muffin from the cafeteria.
Around 10am I drink an orange juice mixed with Whey Protein powder.
Lift from 11:15-12:30
Lunch varies - anything from an entire small pizza to a foot long hoagie and chocolate milk. Sometimes I'll have leftovers from the previous night's dinner.
Around 3pm I eat a yogurt or fruit cup.
Around 6pm a bowl of oatmeal.
MMA class from 6:30-8:30pm
Dinner varies but usually meat and pasta.
After Dinner, homemade ice cream that I blend with non-fat lactaid and muscle milk powder. I usually add some chocolate chips too.
Water throughout the day.
