This is a GREAT combo for muscle synthesis, Mark. I definitely down a bit of homemade gatorade (very diluted powder), and sometimes eat a protein bar about an hour before my workouts. The way the schedule is going, we are working about 3.5 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays by taking all three classes, Womens MT, Boxing, then general advanced MT.
