Out = canned chef boy are dee..., ice cream, candy, cheesecake, eating out

In = fruit and veggies, spinich, carrots, turkey, chicken, beef, protein bars (girls ALWAYS need chocolate), vitamins, gatorade, milk, water, and whole grains. I bought other stuff but can't remember it.

What are yall eating these days? It's def. more expensive buying a bag of lettuce verses cans of lasagna, but hopefully it'll be worth it. I've dropped 10 pounds since December
