Drink atleast 3 Protein shakes a day.(25 grams each)
Take Creatine
Take Glutamone
Eat lots of everything
Lift heavy 6 to 10 reps on every lift, except when you are warming up.

You will definitely gain weight and mass if you do this for 3-4 months.
