Well, if that's the protocol for firing (3 consecutive losses) then Josh Neer will be gone as well. But the UFC is a business, if Kos will bring in the fans, he will stay. It's not black and white and private businesses are not necessarily democratic (thank goodness!). Owners are still flexible to make their own decisions.
