That article kinda bothers me, especially how the writer rips on Dana for him referring to Stephens as a "kid". Yet a few months ago Jones can get arrested for a DUI and it is more forgivable because he is "young".

No one knows what happened with Stephens' actual charge, but he definitely should have went to court.
