He was down, but since nobody else made him fall down and nobody touched him he was able to keep moving forward. His momentum carried him into the endzone without him being touched so it counts. If he wasn't already in the endzone, he could have gotten up and ran in - as long as nobody touched him while he was down.
Always happy to see the Eagles lose.
