Default The Queens Speech (60 years as Monarch)

In the British Parliament, the House of Commons made a plea that the Queen be presented with Tributes to mark the start of her 60th Year celebrations as Monarch. This plea was upheld by a vote and passed to the House of Lords. The House of Lords accepted the motion and Summoned Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II to address the entire Government, which would convene in The Hall of Westminster.

This is what the Queen had to say.
