Arizona is officially out of the running, and they have resigned Kevin Kolb.
Apparently, the 49ers talked to Manning on Tuesday, and watched him throw. It's surprising that happened, because Peyton Manning's agent is Tom Condon who is also the agent for Alex Smith.
