Well, I'd be a liar if I didn't say that I hope so!
As of today it looks like it's down to the Broncos, Cardinals, or Dolphins and Peyton wants a deal to get done by Tuesday so whatever team he goes to can get a start on free agency. Supposedly he was coming to Phoenix/Glendale today to meet with Cardinals staff, and everyone around here is definitely excited. I just got home from watching the White Sox play the Rangers in a Spring Training game in Glendale right down the street from the home of the Cardinals, and I was honestly checking ESPN on my Android every half inning to see if there was a update on Manning.
It's really hard to even guess at this point where he will end up. A great argument can be made for any of the teams left in the running. All I can say is that I could honestly see THIS....
