Typically Matt's fairly impassive at the pressers, both pre- & post-fight. It's only when he gets sat next to a "good buddy" that we get to see him goof around & take an interest in the other fighters' responses. From what I've seen, he's usually more interested in getting out of there & back to be with his friends & family.
