I agree. Bisping's advice sucks. lol. He kept yelling "Get up!" "Get up!" pause and then to someone next to him "Why won't he do what I tell him?"
And I was thinking
What is he supposed to do? Just calmly stand up with a man on him pounding him out?
He was offering no advice as to how to go about getting out of the situation.
