Default "Education" Association

Recently there was a big deal over teachers having collective barganning rights. In Alabama teachers are not unionized but we have what is called Alabama Education Association. It, like many organizations that claim to be in support of educators and education, has turned into mask for special interst. The special interest seems to be politicians hoping to gain the votes of teacher who are only after a paycheck. Check out this article from a local news source. You really need to look at the attchment with the complaints and compare it with the claim that state superintendent used "any little reason to revoke a teacher's certificate." How the heck did someone who makes comments like that become involved with education? Clearly his own education failed him.
