I've been sticking to peanut butter and either bread (bagels) or celery and carrots or apple. all have been successful. the apple and veggies I prefer because the bread can take longer to process and sometimes I feel little barfy during class.
So far a really liek training at an actual fight gym. guys are prepping for some fights coming up so it's fun to watch and learn and get into shape.
