I like to put a little coarse sea salt and pepper or lemon pepper on my salmon and then sear it on the stove just for a couple of minutes (that helps to keep the white stuff from the natural oils that comes to the surface during baking from forming) and then bake at 325 for about 15/20minutes. Delicious!
I love to steam my broccoli 'til it's tender but not mushy and then put a little salt/pepper and just a little butter made with olive oil and Butter Buds. Yum!
mmmm....oh wait, i don't like fish either.
