Man, a lot of strong guys here! I was never a good bench long monkey arms make it hard, I can almost shoulder press what I can bench, lol. I managed 8 at my bodyweight of 195 about 12 years ago...probably couldn't do it once now! No real shoulder pain issues, but I stick to lighter dumbbells now.
