However Matthew was written originally in Hebrew so this is the reason for the choppy wording and misplaced ideas. When the eraly churhc fathers begin to complile the works of the diciples they translated Matthew because much of the early church was Gentile, but Matthew intended audience was Hebrew thus the reason it has a lot more Jewsihness to it.
