I'll add to it.
So, I did some cardio today:
- 5 min warmup
- 5 min @ 90% effort
- 1 min @ 50% effort
****5 cycles of the above****
- 5 min cooldown
The whole time, I was wearing:
- A paintball mask
- A double mouthpiece where I smashed the openings to restrict the breathing even further
- Cotton in the nostrils
It was AWESOME!!!
