Get up 1st thing in the morning and do 20-30 min of INTENSE cardio, such as running on a treadmill. If on a scale of 1 to 10 1 is sitting on a couch watching tv & 10 is greatest effort you can possibly maintain for 20 to 30 seconds without falling out, you need to be toggling between 7, 8, & 9, with an occasional 10, than tapering back off to a 7 at the end for the last couple of minutes. Then, do not eat or drink anything other than water for at least an hour after your cardio. The theory is that you have fasted all night, and have no foods or sources of energy to burn other than your own bodyfat & reserves 1st thing in the morning, and you will continue to burn them for up to an hour afterward. You will be astonished at how much weight you will drop like this. Do it 2-3 times a week, but no more than 4 for recovery's sake.
Also, water is a natural diuretic, so drink lots of it.
