I've got a weird hybrid diet right now. I'm living at home, so I've got my mom's amazing cooking every night, great proteins, solid veggies & some reasonable carb options (rolls, toast, etc.). Then again, I'm a college student & salesman, so I'm on the road all the time & eating 7-Eleven & fast food all the time. I'm hanging right around 200lbs/16% body fat.
