Well MY fight day routine is right on target!
Just woke up from a nap and now I'm headed to the store to get some goodies!
I can't wait!
Yesterday was nothing but cutting weight, so he probably spent a lot of time in the sauna or on a stationary bike wearing a sweat suit. After weigh ins, he'd hydrate himself and go out for dinner. Most of his meals leading up to the fight are going to be very lean, light, and protein-heavy.
