They've opened this pandora's box and looks like nothing is gonna close it now.
As for voting, it's like "we the people" are "allowed" to cast our vote(s) but it doesn't seem to mean much anymore other than to get the SOBs elected. After that they pretty much do whatever they want or whatever they think is going to "keep" them elected.
