Jiu Jitsu Cookbook

Ive come across the Jiu Jitsu Cookbook. It's been out a while. Rather than pick it up, I thought I'd ask first:
Is it worthwhile or is it crap info?

My purpose is for fun/interest, but that's kind of irrelevant.
Even if my buddy and I just fool around here and there (carefully), I just don't like crappy info in the first place. Why fill your head with wrong stuff? So, if you've seen it, is it a waste of time?

So...do you cook Jiu Jitsu OR do you cook while you Jiu Jitsu? :unsure-1:

Nice. I thought the same thing at first.

If you didn't know, it's a training example DVD. Basically, it looks like it'll be one of those things for amateurs who will never go anywhere, so it can't bad just for fun unless it's crappy info. So, if wrong info is wrong info, why fill my head with it. That's why I'm asking.
