Penn, a dominant lightweight but one who's found only moderate success at 170-pounds. If Florian is to be believed, that may no longer be the case, but is this really cause for concern? After all, fellow 170-pounder Jake Shields has enjoyed quite a bit of success throughout his career, all the while maintaining the vegan lifestyle Fitch has just recently undertaken.

If being Vegan leans him out so much, we might see Fitch drop to LW.

i really think he is going to have a hard time in this fight ... he is used to having a size advantage on his opponents and he isn't going to have that ... he is a fighther and needs to eat animals ... this ain't crocquet ..

I bet that the vegetarian fighters have to hit the Protein supplements up pretty hard!

Ha! Wikipedia said that well planned vegan diets have been shown to prevent obesity, DUH! What about preventing atrophy? Most people who don't eat meat just look sick all the time.
