does nebody have ne goood tips on me cutting these 15 pds before nov trying to avoid my plastics unless diet tips exercise would be so greatly appreciated, my first mma fight is on 26th plz help

MMA math puts you at 5 pounds a week, good luck with that. You should have started a couple months from the fights.

are they doing the weigh ins the day before the fight and not weighing you again on fight day? if so, you should probably get down to 177 or so for the day before the weigh in so you can lose the water weight .. but without knowing you and how much water you are carrying ... if your pretty ripped at 185, then you need to get even lower before weigh in day ... if you are carrying a lot of extra weight, the getting to 171 shouldn't be too bad ..

Get up 1st thing in the morning and do 20-30 min of INTENSE cardio, such as running on a treadmill. If on a scale of 1 to 10 1 is sitting on a couch watching tv & 10 is greatest effort you can possibly maintain for 20 to 30 seconds without falling out, you need to be toggling between 7, 8, & 9, with an occasional 10, than tapering back off to a 7 at the end for the last couple of minutes. Then, do not eat or drink anything other than water for at least an hour after your cardio. The theory is that you have fasted all night, and have no foods or sources of energy to burn other than your own bodyfat & reserves 1st thing in the morning, and you will continue to burn them for up to an hour afterward. You will be astonished at how much weight you will drop like this. Do it 2-3 times a week, but no more than 4 for recovery's sake.

Also, water is a natural diuretic, so drink lots of it.
