Anyone else a fan of the meat?

I had some at a bbq event in El Paso and it was awesome! Its really healty for you, to bad I cant get any here where I am...

Ever had Croc, Kangaroo or Emu? I had em in Australia and they were all delicious, add those to your list.

never had it, but am willing to try it. does it taste similar to any other bird?

I've never had ostrich. I'd love to try buffalo. I have had shark, croc, crawfish, and snake. I'm not sure about trying kangaroo.

squirrel, eel, snails, pigeon, buffalo, alligator, bear, nightcrawler(don't ask), minnow(another don't ask, and yes you can feel it in your belly when it's still alive)

Dude, squirrel isn't a strange thing to eat. Is it? If so, I'm adding it to my list of things I've had. Also adding rabbit in case it's strange to some folks. I haven't had minnow but I have eaten really small bluegill. It was cleaned and fried over an open fire though. I like my fish dead.

I've had ostrich, buffalo and gator. Never had croc but I'm guessing it's close to gator. Have also had Duck, Turtle (stew) and Muskrat. I don't think I've ever had rabbit or squirrel though.

I had the ostrich and buffalo in a cheese steak type of sandwich. Don't really think I noticed much of a difference in taste from beef.
