Multi-Vitamin Guide
So you think those multi-vitamins you're purchasing from the major stores (Men's One-A-Day, Centrum, GNC, Twinlab, etc.) are any good? Millions of people are wasting money on common brands that don't accomplish anything other than making the companies rich, and you poorer and not any healthier.

There is a book about pills and vitamins I will get the title anyhow it seems believable about how drug companies cheat consumers. I also read some conspiracy theories about prenatal pills and then the wave of illnesses.. Example the high autism rate. I don't know it made me think twice about what to pop in the name of being healthy...

Well this report is strictly based on things that most people don't think about:
Are they using organic compounds? What is the bioavailability of the minerals? etc. It's a truly fantastic research study and one that really shouldn't be overlooked. If you care about your health that is :D |
