Judo for wrestling
 

Which throws would work well in wrestling . I normaly use arm spins, uchi matas, lat drops/lat pulls(not realy judo but still works) and normal hip tosses .

Uchi Mata works great!! Any of the Ippon throws work great for wrestling.

thats what I was calling an arm spin I love that. I normaly set it up by fakeing a fireman's carry than when they react and kinda open up and stop I hit it.
