I'm sure Dave will have some thoughts on this, but here's an ESPN segment discussing questions they asked fighters. Of the 38 interview, 75.7% wanted a union.

Here's my question: if the Culinary Union wants to pressure the UFC without seeming to shady & underhanded, why not just champion this cause?
