I can't wait.
I was originally pissed that they were remaking such an original masterpiece, but when I saw it was The Cohen Bros and Jeff Bridges was playing Cogburn, and am stoked!!!

I just got home from seeing it and it was really good. Reminded me a lot of the good classic westerns. Great acting and the story moves really good. I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves westerns.

just saw it, i was disappointed in little blacky, the first little blacky was a lot better horse.
did jeff bridges remind anyone else of billy bob thornton in swingblade?
it was better than i had expected, two thumbs up from a John Wayne fan.

We saw it tonight. It was awesome! Even my 14 year old daughter and 5 year old daughter loved it! I would definitely recommend it, and I loved the original!

I thought both Damon and Bridges were awesome. both very flawed but likable characters. all the performances were good!

The only reason I knew who he was talking about was because she flipped the coin at the Rose Bowl & thought "who's the Oompa Loompa on the field?" :frantics:
