I just hope that 2k fixes the broken online mode that has made 2k10 cause never-ending amounts of frustration to gamers worldwide. Still, WAR JORDAN!!!

On another note, what does that say about Jordan's place in basketball history? Not only that, but his marketability?

Wow...I am either really old, or a big nerd, because I remember that game!

Whats even funnier about you bringing that up is that it's made by Electronic Arts, or EA as we say today, and the EA Sports NBA LIVE series is a much better game than the 2k Sports NBA 2K series in my opinion.

But let's not hijack this ultra serious thread about Michael Jordan's return with such nonsense!

Oh, and Jordan vs Bird > Dr.J vs Bird

http://www.tomheroes.com/images3/nesboxjordanbird.jpg

It's made by Milton Bradley, how can you go wrong? They made Battleship and Operation like a billion years ago....

LOL, I played that game in the mid 80s!

Damn you, now I have that Scott Joplin song from the game stuck in my head! I think it was the Maple Leaf Rag, anybody remember the name of the song?

I stil love NBA Jam, T.E. That was awesome. Elbowing my brother as we both fought for our space on the keyboard, throwing down full-court quadruple backflip monster jams on Team Fire! :punch:

Have you checked out NBA Ballers? It's made by Midway (makers of NBA Jam) and it's pretty much the next generation sequel to NBA Jam. Definitely a fun game.

Yeah, the series has been around for a while. I actually have the first one that came out on PS2 in like 03, but I just rented the latest one called NBA Ballers "Chosen One" with Dwight Howard on the cover for 360 and it's a really cool game.

I may have to look into that, then.

I think I would have to agree with all of those.

I know Kobe has more game winning shots than Mike, but I need to do some digging and see just how many of the Bulls victories were actually within one or two points during that era and compare them against Kobe's time on the Lakers to get a better idea on how I gauge that statistic.

Mj had many game winning shots in the eighties and early 90's but had very few from 96-98 for one simple reason. THE BULLS HARDELY PLAYED ANY CLOSE GAMES!!!!

The bulls won 72 games in 96, 69 in 97 even though they lost there last two games, and 62 in 1998 on a severely aging team where Pippen missed half the season... It amazing how much they dominated the nba during those years!!!

Well that was basically my point, but I didn't wanna just say it until I did the research to back up what I was getting at. What I wonder is just how many games the Bulls won by less than 3 points with Jordan in comparison to the Lakers with Kobe.
