Anyone hear anything about the UN small arms treaty Hillary supposedly signed this week?

:huh: Nope...can you expand. Was it a treat governing the buying and selling of arms? or a treaty governing their usage, or creation...or decommissioning?

I'm quite suprised Hillary is signing anything this week...I'm quite suprised she isnt trying to deal with that Israeli Disastor a day or so ago :unsure-1:
