Liam Clancy RIP

I just found out the last remaining member of The Clancy Brothers has past on (December 2009 but I didn't know). Liam was an excellent ballad singer. I grew up with his music and am heart broken over the loss. It was hard to lose Tommy Makem and now Liam.

Thank you for posting that song, it's my husband's all-time favorite Clancy Brothers song.

Mine is Carrickfergus. I cry every time.

It was the last of an era with the loss of Liam, God rest his soul.
