I hav emy opinion on this, but I would be interested in knowing others...

If this childs problem had been identified in the womb.. would abortion be something to consider?

This story is so tragic. I can only speak for myself but I truely believe that whether a baby should be born or not should be left to The One who created him, God. For everything there is a time and a purpose. Alot of the time I dont understand but it isnt for me to question. I cant imagine how hard it must be for these parents to give up their son.

http://www.cnn.com/2009/HEALTH/11/10/uk.baby.life.support/index.html I can't look about it from an "opinion" standpoint. It is a LIFE issue. It is God's role to determine what constitutes a life, not ours. The child may have a problem, but it may be something that can be fixed, or worked with, and if not, well, God has to have some sort of plan for them.

Many retarded people, for example, are super cool and can be a blessing to people. Some people learn humility from disabled people.
