Is there really a need for a vote?

Rob Thomas and Santana easily wins over any Tom Petty songs
Kenny Wayne Sheperd easily wins over any Led Zeppelin songs

Best one on the list though is easily Rob Thomas and Santana. Smooth is an awesome track!

Actually Rob Thomas wrote those lyrics and that melody. It was another composer who came up with the music, and then it was pitched to Santana to be on Supernatural.

It's more of a Rob Thomas song than a Santana song

Without googling or using any other help, can you name 15 Santana songs? I'll give you the two I know off the top of my head.

1. Black Magic Woman.
2. Oye como va. This wasn't an original Santana song either.

Naming Petty songs and Zeppelin songs would cause my hands to cramp.

I think my favorite Zep song is Ten Years Gone.

It's nearly impossible for me to pick a single favorite from Zeppelin. It would probably be a toss up between Going to California, Thank You, or That's the Way. If pressed, I would probably have to go with Going to California.

I could tell which songs you picked. I honestly would have went with Santana & Kenny Wayne Shepard. Last dance is way over rated, Free fallin is alot better song. Zepplin is legendary, But a good blues tune like Blue and Black smokes most of there music. Any tune from Johnny Lang smokes them all!!!!
