Hi everybody! I haven't been on here in a long time.
I still don't have internet yet, I'm writing this from my sister inlaws house.

Right now I'm trying to learn the ironcross, this exercise helps build strength for it.

And you gave up Hawaii for??:unsure-1: If you see my brother tell him I said hello:laugh:

Was that even real Sas? It looks a little suspicious to me :unsure-1:

Thanks for watching. It's real.
I miss Hawaii a lot, but stuff is a lot cheaper here.
Milk is 5 to 8 dollars in Hawaii, over here, it's 2 dollars at the most.

Yeah but aren't pineapples cheaper in Hawaii?

I have had a few power bills that were close to $300 for one month when I had a 3 bedroom house. They only really hit you in the summer months though, outside of June, July, and August it's not that bad.

Welcome to Arid-zauna.
Keep working on the rings. I like where you hung them. (Not a pro bball fan.)

If you get too hot, come to Flagstaff where only the really rich pay for AC, rent is 2-3xPHX /sq ft., and the "high" pay rates are 40K before the big jump to University President, City Manager, etc. At least we don't pay for AC.....Cuz we don't have it!

 It's gonna be cold this winter.

Looks like you're getting close. I was doing the same thing through the summer with a goal of performing the iron cross for 3 seconds by September 1st. Then I blew out my retina and couldn't train for a couple months. Haven't tried getting back to it yet. Maybe you've inspired me to re-attempt.

My older brother said Flagstaff is really nice and cooler than Kingman.
Kingman has no trees... I miss trees!

Glade I might have inspired you, County Mike. My rings are my only piece of equipment right now so I'm trying to focus on learning the ironcross. I've still got a long ways to go before I can even do the move on short straps though.
