Sodium isn't an issue unless you already have high blood pressure and it maybe should be avoided if you have a history of heart disease in the family. Sodium serves a lot of great purposes, and what you don't use, you lose when you breathe, pee, and sweat. For any athlete who sweats a lot, sodium helps prevent cramps and dehydration.

Fat isn't really your enemy either as lipids are responsible for maintaining proper hormonal balances, which is detrimental to any athlete. However, in this case, no way Jose!

Dietary cholesterol has virtually no effect on blood plasma levels. The true culprit of high levels of LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) is a diet that's high in saturated fat. Does this mean sat fats should be avoided? Absolutely not, as you will not produce testosterone without a small amount of them consumed. However, they should be limited as anything in excess will ultimately end up in the arteries or on the body.

As for the meal itself, I'm only eating about 1600 calories a day just trying to get ripped again. That's a lot of crap calories in that meal and I bet it wouldn't even fill you up due to the lack of fiber and quality protein.
