So Jon Koppenhaver (who officially changed his name to War Machine) got cut from the UFC for running his mouth and speaking bad about Evan Tanner, but he didn't learn his lesson.

War Machine was scheduled to fight in Bellator Fighting Championships debut event in April, but after posting a myspace blog (http://www.cagepotato.com/war-machine-fck-obama) stating his desire to have President Obama assassinated, he was dropped (http://mmamania.com/2009/02/05/war-machine-jon-koppenhaver-gets-cut-from-bellator-fighting-championships-for-mouthing-off/) like a bad habit... or was out like a fat kid in dodge ball, either one

The guy needs to learn what Freedom of Speech is really about. First of all, it's only a limitation on government, not on private industry or private citizens.

So his employers are fully within their rights to fire him based solely on his words. There's nothing unconstitutional about that.
