I know this was a thread in the old forums, and I couldn't find it around here ...If there is one, please delete.

Here is a memorable quote that I do really like ... It is a thinking person's quote ...

"There are known knowns. There are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we now know we donít know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we do not know we donít know."
Donald Rumsfeld

No, you didn't post anything wrong. Proceed with the topic. I think Irish Pride is talking about his GWB library thread I think and it was deleted (by Nate I think) for being a "slam the former President" thread.

"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.
You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

From Obama on the Stimulus bill

"If a federal agency proposes a project that will waste that money, I will not hesitate to call them out on it, and put a stop to it," he said. "I want everyone here to be on notice that if a local government does the same, I will call them out on it, and use the full power of my office and our administration to stop it."

I have never seen such outright Obama bashing in my life than on these forums... its as if War Machine opened 10 accounts and he alone is posting these things, so if this post gets deleted, for whatever reasons... I'll probably just shake my head because theres nothing I can do about it.
