Some of you might remember the post I made about the March Madness Challenge (I know TexasRN and County Mike expressed an interest):

Anyways, this one is all about the NFL. I have a group, whom for the past several years have done weekly picks in the NFL. Winner last year got $160 and a free entry into this year's picks ($180 total, just held the $20 in my dresser drawer with his name on it). Last year, we paid 3 places, but if we can get the group to 25 or more, we can pay 5 or more places.

Cost:
- $20 for the whole season
- Sig bets are free - that's for you Mike :wink:
Rules:
- Picks are simply week to week
- Picks must be made 5 minutes before the start of each game (watch for those Thursday games!)
- No spreads, this is win or lose only
- All 17 weeks of the regular season count (only), so if you fail to make your picks for that week, your bad! :laugh:
- Pre-payment is required before I will send the invite
- First game of the regular season is Thursday, September 10 at 7:30PM Eastern
Winnings:
- # of places paid depends on number of entrants. Last year, it was 15 entrants and we paid 3 places. If we get 20, maybe we'll pay 4 places. 25 is 5 places, etc. This will be determined about a week before the start of the season.
- In the event of a tie, winnings are split amongst the 2 (or 3, or 4, etc.) places - this ends any confusion regarding Yahoo's tie-breaker system and the chance of arguments if such an event occurs.

- Money order or GOOD check to my mailing address (PM me for mailing address)
All I need is your name (to write on the $20 bill) and e-mail address (to send the invitation to join the group).
