I got the strength to go thrue the transition with control now. Before I used the speed of my pull up to get to the top.
I lean really far forward though, so that's not good.:unsure:

Thanks for watching!:) Now I need to learn how to do it without leaning so far forward, it's A LOT harder that way.

YOur leaningnforward but only to counter the pike
if you can put the rings higher and start from a haging position with your feet off the ground and your legs straight below that should see off most of your lean!
Trust me former gymnast talking here! lol

This is the best muscle-up i've ever seen!
The guy glides right thrue the transition without dipping forward at all.:scared0015:
I think when I move to Arizona I might start working more on the ironcross... I'll post it If I ever learn it.
but can you do it in 3 feet of water?
kidding... very impressive! I've always been amazed with the rings in the olympics.
