The Docs have decided not to remove the tumor this week. They are going to do a biopsy and run some more test to make sure there is no cancer in the rest of her body. Sophia and family have a long road ahead of them.

I had a co worker question why God would give a baby such a horrible disease.

I don't feel God controls our lives in the sense of good times or bad times that's just life and the things that happen in our lives is just part of living.

Gods only promise to us in life is that he will never let more than we can handle be put on us. Everyone is going to face hard times. God is there to give us strength and to insure us that we will prevail. As Christians we can handle anything life may throw at us.

I do believe in the power of prayer and I believe that God can heal Sophia.

Many thanks to all of you and keep on prayin.

It's always a silly questions to ask why God let something happen...

We're not suppose to always understand. I'll pray for her.

Last thur. The docs removed the tumor. Remember they said that they were certain it was cancer. Well the doc got the results while on the golf course. He was so surprised he stopped playing and called my brother in law from the course. It is not cancer she is one of the 5% of kids to have this type of tumor and it not be malignant.

She will have to go back and be tested in 6 months then once a year because it was pre cancerous and cancer could develop in small cells left behind.

Sophia is in gods hands as we all are. Things are looking up for her but still keep on prayin
