Had a bad day.

Woke up hour early for work and couldnt get back to sleep
No gun and printer at work so I couldnt do my job
no waste done sunday, or monday...they left it ALL for me to do on TUES
Had to borrow a gun and printer and have it returned by lunch
had to rush to get it done on time
went late to lunch because I couldnt find the person I had to return gun and printer to
felt a bit ikky...so I spent money out of the budgit on lunch, and ate a sanny
got home to find I'd left keys at work
ruined lunch time
pulled a muscle in my arm lifting banans in the afternoon
too overcast to take the picture at Mothers for Fighters Only
nothing on at the cinema
wont be able to start gym on perscription for six weeks due to waiting list
dont fancy going swimming with my bad arm, costs to much to not go full out, and if I do go full out, I will have trouble lifting tommorow at work, wheras if I do nothing tonight it will be alright to start to strain tommorow.
Everyone thinks that Anderson Silva is a class act dispite his poor performance
Jens begin to moult, either that or he's ill, and not sure what to do with him...its like he's stuffings coming out  and he keeps...rubbing himself on everything and all his feathers are looking tatty...and he wont STFU

Think positive Dave it could always be worse! Rest your arm and get a fresh start. I think it'd be better if you excercised with a better attitude so that you really try and not just do it to get done.

I was very confused about Jens...I must have missed that you named your bird that.....I was like what....moulting, stuffing come out??? what did i miss?

And who pulls an arm muscle lifting bananas and tells people?!

When I have a bad day I just want to get home and go to bed because I know the next day will be better.

Oh and you are awesome does that make you feel better???:)

I'm still laughing that I thought Jens had stuffing!! and you hurt your arm lifting bananas. I'm sure it was a big box but in my mind you are lifting just a little bunch of bananas and then oww!!!! sorry to laugh at you but sometimes laughing just makes you feel better.

I love my job
