From Matt's Blog:

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter! Today is the day that we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the one and only Son of God. Of course, it doesn't really make sense why we would celebrate that with bunny rabbits and painted eggs; but if you're interested in the origins of those things (including the word "easter" itself), then you can read about them here:
The History of Easter (http://www.theholidayspot.com/easter/history/)
The important thing is that today we remember that Jesus Christ died for all of our sins and, after three days in the grave, rose again. Thus, conquering death and bringing the gift of salvation to all the world.
So, Happy Easter to everyone out there and I hope you have a great holiday. -matt
