Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter! Today is the day that we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the one and only Son of God. Of course, it doesn't really make sense why we would celebrate that with bunny rabbits and painted eggs; but if you're interested in the origins of those things (including the word "easter" itself), then you can read about them here:
The History of Easter (http://www.theholidayspot.com/easter/history/)

The important thing is that today we remember that Jesus Christ died for all of our sins and, after three days in the grave, rose again. Thus, conquering death and bringing the gift of salvation to all the world.

So, Happy Easter to everyone out there and I hope you have a great holiday. -matt

Every Sunday is a mini Easter. :w00t:

The Feast of The Ressurection is probably the most Christian Title you can call it. Passover, tends to be considered Jewish....though in Essence that is exactly what The Ressurection Brings, its the Passover for all Humanity. Easter, is essentially a Pagen festival for the Spring and Fertility.

All three happen to coordinate themeselves on a Luna Callendar, so All three happen to take place at the same time

But the Ressurection is remembered everytime a Communion/Eucharist/Mass is celebrated...call it what you want, its purpose is the same. So Every Sunday is a mini Feast Day :)

So Have a Blessed Eastertide Everyone :) (You know the Festival doesnt end until Pentecost...thats how long you should keep your paschal Candle burning...should you happen to have one...we at Saint Paul's Did...and it burned continuously for the best part of two months...it was...HUGE hahahaha)
