Cutler is ours now!

I can't believe the Bears front office finally got off their behinds and made a REAL play for a major player!

Now, we just need somebody for him to throw the ball too!

he can stretch the field with hester and go mid to short range with Olsen and Clark, another good receiver and they'll be set...is this like our first good QB since like the 40s haha

Hey, I love the Bears too, but lets not sugar coat it... We need a good WR.

Hester is not there yet, and he might not ever be.

Marvin Harrison is still a free agent, Bears need to get on it. All the Bears fans who think they should go after Anquan Boldin are wasting their time too. Boldin will end up back in AZ unless a VERY sweet deal gets put on the table and the Bears don't have anything to bargin with besides Urlacher.

Urlacher isn't going anywhere! Cutler is an exciting pick up!

I know he is not, but my point was that Urlacher is the only player they have that is worth anything in a trade for a big name WR like Boldin.

Cutler is an exciting pick up, and we just signed Orlando Pace today too. So now the OL looks good, and we got a QB. Now the Bears just need to try and get a good WR and their offense should be set. Only time will tell.

I know another receiver, what I am trying to say is, even if we stay with this roster, we are better than last year and probably playoffs, Brandon Lloyd is an average receiver, and Hester will be there to compliment Cutler's cannon with his speed, he's not a great route runner, but he can burn the DB's, and he is great with quick slants...another receiver pick up and this is a major player in the superbowl contention, right now I would say playoffs but not a deep playoff team, but thats what we said about the cards also, so ya never know

I can't stand the Bears, but I been saying since day one that they needed Cutler bad. The kid is young and proved he could play, I'm excited for the Bears and the division. G vs B should be some exciting games now.

Best thing about Cutler is hes the perfect bait for wide receivers who are in the draft and floating around to come over to Chicago because they know Jay can drop the ball anywhere on the field.

Holt maybe, what about Harrison talk about Wide Reciever leadership for young talent.

Yes, Hester can burn DB's all day long, but he's not a very smart football player IMO. Still, Cutler is a better match for Hester simply because Cutler has the arm to overthrow him, so Hester wont be losing a step trying to turn around to catch the ball as much.

For the record, I always thought that the Cardinals were good enough to go deep in the Playoffs with their current roster, I just never thought we would end up in the Super Bowl after seeing the way AZ played in the last 5 weeks of the season. I personally see Arizona back in the playoffs and definite contender to go back to the Super Bowl.

I am happy the Bears finally made a big move like this, but truth be told, I still don't see them winning more than 10 games next season. I have already heard people saying that the Bears are the best team in the NFC, which is a joke. All I know is I am going to Stub Hub right now to secure some tickets to Soldier Field for when the Cardinals come to town.

Holt is good, but just like Harrison, he is not a long term solution. I think this season may turn out to be some what of a transition season for both the Bears and Cards. Although, we never know...

But...say the Cardinals defense lets them down this season and Boldin does get pissy again. I could see them making the move for a big name defensive player, maybe a Lance Briggs? Again, thats all speculation, April is not really the month to be making football predictions.

Not saying hes not a good quarterback, but don't ya think they gave up too much to get him? I mean they could of used those draft picks to fix their needs elsewhere. They did need a new quarterback, but just thinking they gave up too much for him.
Well, Torry Holt is a free agent(though looks like could go elsewhere),maybe they can chump up the money and get boldin :)

I'm a Broncos fan and you can have Cutler....we will be better off without him in the long term. Thanks for Orton and the draft picks, now we can get a defense!

I was a Chargers fan, but when Drew Brees left I left with him. I also love USC so Reggie Bush plus Drew Brees on the same team shoot I couldnt go wrong!!! Black n gold baybeeee!!!!! I actually prefer Deuce McAllister to play running back btw...

Well I'm a Broncos fan and I have been for almost 30 yrs. The only reason why I chose to be station in FT. Carson was b/c of the broncos. The bears are my #2 team since im from Illinois. But I will tell you what I go to a couple games a year out hear and I think they screwed up on this one. Both sides acted immature but the broncos being better without him is??? yeah they got 2 draft picks in the first this yr and next yr. Some speculate out hear that they may trade those away so they can draft one of the QB's this yr and if not this yr maybe next yr there is a better QB class coming out. So if they decide to go real high in the draft for a QB is that good for the broncs?..maybe or maybe not have you ever heard of Tim Couch or Ryan Leaf they are draft bust. So having these pics doesnt guarantee anything. Elway is pretty upset about how the organization delt with this. The best thing for the organization is for Pat Bowen to sell it before he turns into Al Davis. Mcdummy was a puppet in Billacheats system so time will only tell how good he is and how good of a decission this really was.

All I know is what Cutler was missing on offense in Denver was a RB, and now he has one. He will be reunited with his top WR his senior at Vandy and thats Earl Bennett.(he didn't have a good rookie campaign) They need to still pick up some quality WR and Olsen the TE will love Cutler b/c he likes throwing to TE's. Jay is also reunited with his college OT Chris Williams Who the Bears drafted last yr too. I'm going out on a limb now and saying they will win the NFC North. The vikings will probably give them a tough shot but they dont have a QB. The packers lost some players this yr and Aaron Rogers is inconsistent but he may do better in his 2nd starting yr. and the Lions:laugh: well thats all I'm going to say about them.

longterm winners=the bears and the broncos (the bears are both b/c Jay is young and can play 12 yrs with DA BEARS)
shortterm winners= the bears
Thats just my .02

Elway is a hero in CO, but he doesn't have a leg to stand on with this. He REFUSED to play for the Colts when they drafted him.

So are you now jumping ship? You obviously don't like the decision if you want Bowlen to sell the franchise and your Mcdummy comments.

What I want is to hear the truth from Cutler, all is talk has come through his agent Cook who stated Jay demands a trade. The first time we really seemed to hear from Cutler was at UFN and Jay Glazer interviewed him and Cutler said he didn't want to be traded. So who is lying, Jay or Cook?

In any case it is over and the Broncos and fans will move on without Cutler. It will likely be a rebuilding year, which can be expected with a young team and new coach. If they hit 8-8 this year I think that will be a good season.

If I were Cutler, I would have wanted a trade too. You don't do that to your starting QB and team leader.
