As you all know, today marks 10 years since 9/11. Please pray for all those families who lost loved ones in the attack and continue to pray for those who are serving overseas protecting us from future attacks.

Still waiting to hear back from the UFC. I have said “yes” to facing either Koscheck or Fitch at UFC 135. I should know more later. (Follow Matt on Twitter at http://twitter.com/#!/matthughes9x )
Hey just got this promo video from my buddies at Cage Fitness and thought I would share it. We have spent quite a bit of energy on the next phase of the Cage Fitness program. Check out the teaser and I can’t wait to see you at the MAIA Supershow in Las Vegas.
As some of you may have already heard, my next fight will be against Diego Sanchez on September 24th in Denver, CO. That’s all I know as of right now, I’ll post more information as soon as I can.
From our family to yours, have a Happy Thanksgiving!
Sitting here this morning, I realize how much I’ve got to be thankful for. Most of it being my family, but there is much more on top of that.
I will reflect more on the fight in a bit, but I do want to say thanks for all the support and concern for me. I’ve been on my website and a little on my Facebook and I’ve read all the encouragement. So once again, hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving. God Bless.
The Bible verse for this week:
For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not: I will help thee. (Isaiah 41-13)
